Delivery
The goods are delivered
free-of-charge to all postal
addresses worldwide. The clients
are responsible for the
additional taxes and customs
duties for deliveries.
Pricing and payment conditions
The prices are shown in the
offer and are non-binding within
the framework of the ordering
process. Deliveries are
generally only made against
payment by credit card.

Warranty and Returns
As the goods supplied by Taj
Tailors are of a custom-made
nature, we in general cannot
take back any products that have
been delivered. If the products
supplied by Taj Tailors are
defective or damaged and are
documented by the client, Taj
Tailors will be responsible
either for removal of the
deficiencies or with a
replacement delivery. If Taj
Tailors is incapable to replace
the product, the client is
entitled to cancel the purchase
or to have the purchase price
reduced.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Taj
Tailors are made pursuant to a
shipment contract. This means
that the risk of loss and title
for such items pass to you upon
our delivery to the carrier.
Data Protection and Security
The data is encoded by means of
proven SSL technology. Credit
card data is also encoded using
proven technology. Every
transaction is checked and
authorized online with the
relevant credit card firm.
Blocked or false cards cannot be
used. Taj Tailors undertakes
