What is the difference between a
bespoke suit and an off the rack
suit?
A bespoke suit is a made to
measure suit, made according to
your size, shape and
preferences. Retail off the rack
suits come in standard sizes
that are not your perfect fit.
Can I give you my own materials?
Yes, you can. Kindly
contact us to find out how many
meters to buy.
Can you offer advice on the best
suit or shirt for me?
Yes we offer
advice both on and off-line.
Do you make tuxedos and ladies
suits?
Yes we do.
Where is my order being
tailored?
All orders are tailored in our
workshops in Hong Kong.
How long will it take to get my
suits?
It takes about 10-14 days
Do you keep measurements on
file?
Yes, we will have your
measurements on file. Thus
reordering is
much easier in the future.
Do I need to get measured every
time I order?
No. If your measurements have
not changed and you want to keep
everything the same, you can
make another order with the
exact same measurements as your
previous order.
What happens if the garment does
not fit first time around?
If the garment doesn't fit you,
we provide up to USD20 credit.

I have ordered several
suits/shirts, but have only
received one. Where are my
remaining garments?
When you order more than one
suit or shirt, we send out one
suit or shirt as a trial. You
must notify us of the fit so
that we can make the appropriate
adjustments if necessary.
Please

adjustments required.
Does Taj Tailors offer a
guarantee?
Yes. All Taj
Tailors garments carry a one
year repair of any seam.
Additional buttons and collar
stays are always welcome.
Can I order white collars and/or
cuffs?
Yes, of course. At no extra
charge. Kindly send us an email
before we began processing your
order.
Do I need to worry about
shrinkage?
No, all our fabrics are
pre-shrunk.
Is it possible for you to
duplicate the fit of a favorite
shirt or suit?
Yes, just send us your favorite shirt
or suit. We'll incorporate any
changes you might want, and then
return the garments you sent,
along with your new garments.
Do you share your customer list
with other companies?
We never have, and we never
will. We respect and value your
privacy.
Do your shirts come with
removable or
permanent stays?
Our shirts come with removable
stays, but you could specify
permanent stays in the email and
with other requirements such as
white collar/white cuff.
Does the price includes
shipping, taxes & tariffs cost?
All shipping, taxes, and tariffs
charges
are included in our prices.
How will you ship my order?
All of our products are shipped
by EMS service. It takes three
days to deliver to USA, UK, and
Europe. All shipping, taxes, and
tariffs are included in our
prices.
